We do put much effort into ensuring the teaching relates to the participants' application of agile principles in their organisation. We don't put much effort into making fancy slide decks. We don't use slides at all. Instead, we use interactive and visual facilitation techniques using hard-drawn flipcharts and practical application techniques.
