MODULE 1: UNDERSTANDING THE CHALLENGES AND CREATING EQUITABLE CONDITIONS IN REMOTE MEETINGS

There’s been an influx of remote working best practices and tools in the last four years, but we as facilitators, examine what it takes to bridge the gap between what we need and what we know? Join us as we unpack the challenges of remote working and collaboration. We will share practical skills and tips to create equitable remote meetings, and allow time for you to create and practice.

MODULE 2: CREATING REMOTE CONNECTION AND NAVIGATING CHANGE TOGETHER

Have you ever been in a remote meeting that feels just a little awkward? Maybe things don't flow as they used to in person, or perhaps the atmosphere just feels a little colder. Join us in exploring how to enable flow and bring more human connection to remote spaces. Learn why it’s important and how it can make a difference to the outcomes of your remote meetings.

MODULE 3: ENABLING FLOW AND LEVERAGING VISUALS IN REMOTE FACILITATION

“You’re on mute”, we hear all the time; it was the catchphrase of 2020 and 2021 and we still hear it today. All these little technical bumps and glitches complicate the already complicated task of collaboration. Join us in discovering how to create flow in remote meetings and how to leverage visuals to make your remote meetings more impactful and engaging.

MODULE 4:  VARYING INTERACTION MODES AND BUILDING CONFIDENCE IN REMOTE FACILITATION

Have you taken the time to build the necessary skills required for working remotely at your own pace? Join us in exploring how to develop your confidence in remote facilitation. We focus on how to create the space forto create diversity in facilitation.. We also equip you with the essential confidence to navigate these remote spaces.

MODULE 5: NAVIGATING ASYNCHRONOUS COLLABORATION AND CONNECTION

Remote meetings feel pretty exhausting, even when they are done exceptionally well. As many companies consider the future benefits of remote working, exploring and leveraging asynchronous collaboration is key to long-term distributed strategy success. We will unpack asynchronous communication and explore some practical aspects of its effectiveness.
